FFI-Platypus-Lang-V-0.04

Changes for version 0.04 - 2026-10-02

Build V shared libraries with -DNO_EXECUTE_PERMISSION to work around a bug in V 0.4.x (fixed in 0.5) that caused a "Cannot allocate executable pages" abort with -prod on macOS arm64 (gh#6)
Support V 0.5.x: functions must be exported with @[export], and sources may no longer live in a src/ directory (gh#6)
