A user can define their own custom types and processes.
This has always been a hard coded as
for samples @samples
But it should be configurable
Add attributes to $self-> namespace
placeholder for some types
A user can register custom types through the plugin system of in the workflow with 'register_namespace'.
Namespaces must be Moose Roles.

To install BioX::Workflow::Command, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.
