Changes for version 0.317 - 2026-08-04
- Add "tag_format" bundle option, forwarded to Git::Tag.tag_format (or the @Git bundle for task/manual_version dists). Defaults to "%v" as before; lets a consuming dist.ini override the release tag's format, e.g. to "v%v" when a tag also needs to satisfy another ecosystem's tooling (a Go module published from the same tag requires strict vMAJOR.MINOR.PATCH).
